Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted if the products have manufacturing defects.
  • Customers must notify Sunrise Electronics of any manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving the products.
  • Products must be returned to Sunrise Electronics in their original packaging and condition.
  • Replacements will be shipped to customers within 2-3 business days of receipt of the returned products.
  • If the returned products are found to be free of manufacturing defects, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to Sunrise Electronics.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are not available unless all products in a batch have manufacturing defects.
  • In such cases, refunds will be processed at the discretion of Sunrise Electronics.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the products.
  • If the returned products are found to be free of manufacturing defects, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are not accepted after the product has been manufactured.
  • All sales are considered final.
  • During the manufacturing process, customers may still have to purchase the manufactured product, depending on the time frame of the advance payment and the estimated date of shipping.
  • Cancellations may be accepted during this period, but the buyer will still have to bear the expenses of the products manufactured.
